Pastificio Vallolmo: the perfume of the Madonie wheat

When we travel the road to reach the Madonie park, we are not only enchanted by its luxuriant mountains and changing colors, but also by the mixture of perfume and freshness that we feel in the air. The same scent that we immediately notice when we open a pack of Vallolmo pasta: the scent of Sicilian wheat. Here, in the mountains of the most beautiful Sicilian park there is a pasta factory that dedicates all its production to pasta, making it unique in its kind while maintaining the typical flavor of good wheat. Tommaso Miceli, with his partners, dedicates with passion and pride all his days to the realization of the product, making it appreciated, not only in Sicily, but also abroad. The ingredients are those that nature offers, without any contamination but with the wealth that comes from an uncontaminated territory and an ever growing passion for pasta. Few elements are enough for the product to be so appreciated: the Sicilian wheat, the water that flows from the natural springs of the Madonie Natural Park, the air that warmly wraps the pasta drying it and making it rightly callous on the palate, and then love for an ancient craft, made of modernity, youth and desire to bring the best taste of Sicily to everyone’s table.
