The idea of ​​the Sicilian Academy of Pasta was born from the need for the consumer to know and learn more about the true nature of Sicilian grains and the transformation of its product. Accademia makes use of the collaboration of over 30 chefs of Sicilian origin and who now operate all over the world to spread and make known Sicilian cuisine, offering real masterpieces of Mediterranean culture and diet.

Accademia aims to become a point of reference with its training courses for those chefs who want to increase their knowledge of Sicilian cuisine, also deepening its history. High specialization courses will be held to train future Sicilian chefs who will be required by all restaurants in the world for their skills and excellence.

Thanks to the collaboration of highly qualified and professional chefs, the Academy is enriched with exclusive recipes, which offer us the opportunity to learn more about the territories from which they come through a culinary experience made of flavors and colors.

Not only, therefore, culture and training on Sicilian food, but also certification of local products, such as, for example, Sicilian durum wheat pasta, the main product of our table.

In other territories, the aggregation of small pasta factories with common intent and specific peculiarities, has given rise to brands that certify the products of that specific territory which are now recognized all over the world.
