Anna Scudieri was born in Alia, a small town in the Palermo area, and from an early age she showed great passion for cooking, managing to make it the job of her life.

The study and experience in the kitchens of many restaurants is also formed in the preparation of desserts and learns the techniques of cake-design, not forgetting the cuisine linked to the products and traditions of the area.

Today he is part of the decorator team of the Italian Federation of Palermo Chefs and member of the Culinary Team Palermo, winner of the bronze at the last Cooking Olympics.

He holds the role of Chef de cuisine at the Moltivolti restaurant in Palermo.
